Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We provide standard shipping options to the customers on our portal. Most products are shipped free of cost from our portal. Please check the product description to see if the same is eligible for free delivery.

In case of products on which free delivery is not available, standard costs as per the weight and the area of shipping apply and are calculated automatically and added to the order value at the time of checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Monday are processed and dispatched on the next day, All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please note that the delivery address cannot be modified once you have placed your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will get detail from our website and you will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.





Generally, all products sold on AWOMZ.COM (the website) are replaceable /returnable within the return window specified on the product information page for each product, except those explicitly identified as not returnable/ replaceable/ refundable.

1.      Products are returnable / replaceable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

2.      Return / replacement will be processed only if:

o    It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

o    The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

o    The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

o    The return window has not been closed voluntarily by the buyer to claim AWOMZ Points (AP) in terms of point 3 below.

o    AWOMZ reserves the right to inspect the item to ascertain damage etc. before accepting the same for return/replacement.

o    An unboxing video is taken by the buyer at the time of opening the products purchased from AWOMZ to substantiate the claim of damaged/defective product.

3.      A buyer can claim return/ replacement / refund only if he has not chosen to close the return/ replacement/ refund window as under :

    • A buyer can close the return/ replacement/ refund window as soon as he/she places the order to claim the Awomz points available on the product/service. As soon as he/she closed the return window, Awomz points will be updated on his user ID and incentives calculated as per the Awomz Compensation plan. In such a case, the return/ replacement/ refund is only possible in case the product received by the buyer is in broken condition or wrong delivery of product.
    • The buyer may choose to close the return/ replacement/ refund window as soon as the person receives the product to claim the AWOMZ points. Once a person has received the product and after satisfying himself/herself that the product is in perfect condition and he chooses to close the return/ replacement/ refund window, no return or refund is possible after the same.
    • Once the buyer receives the product but does not close the return/ replacement/ refund window on his/her own accord, as soon as the time for return/ replacement/ refund expires as per the product, the Awomz points will be updated on the user ID of the buyer.

4.      If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. AWOMZ shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

5.      Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

6.      Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

7.      Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

8.      Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

9.      If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.



Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Generally, all services or products with digital modes of delivery sold on AWOMZ.COM are NOT returnable. Please check the product/service information page to check whether any return/refund is possible for any service/digital products.




Most addresses covered by us for delivery are eligible for free return. In case an address is not covered, the same can be returned by the buyer at their own cost and the replacement will be processed by AWOMZ.




Refund of any product will be done only in case the return is accepted by AWOMZ and the same product is not available with the Seller to replace the returned product. The refund shall be processed within 7 working days of acceptance of refund by AWOMZ.
